This is for all ages and abilities – my fitness programmes are designed to suit you. Whether you are looking to lose weight, to get fit for a certain event or simply to aim at looking good – we can work with techniques that suit both you and your environment – at a time that is convenient to you. As well as using equipment such as resistance bands, hand weights, stability balls, which I can provide for your use during each session, we will use own body movements. My training goes beyond just gym work - therefore, we can incorporate Pilates-based moves, we can work to music or without music.
